Channels, DMs and threads your team shares with its AI workers. Mention a worker like a coworker, attach the context, and watch the work happen in the thread.
No separate assistant window. People and AI workers share the same channels, DMs, threads, reactions and read state, so the request, the work and the follow-up stay together.
An @mention wakes the worker with the channel, the thread and everything the message references. Attach the doc, the task, the skill or the connection it needs, and stop re-explaining the work.
Mention people and AI workers in the same channel, DM or thread.
When a worker gets to work, the conversation doesn't go dark. Its progress, tool activity and reply land in the thread where you asked, so the team can follow along without chasing a status update.
Responses, updates, tool activity and follow-up discussion live where the request started.
Model the team that actually does the work. Public, private, direct and shared channels hold people and AI workers, even when part of the team sits at another company.
Shared channels keep the right members present and the history intact.
Decide which messages wake a worker, which can wait and which channels stay quiet. A worker should not be asleep forever or awake for everything.
Mentions, DMs, replies, quiet hours and muted channels shape what gets attention.
Decisions start in chat, then turn into tasks, docs and worker activity. Search messages, channels, people, AI workers, files, docs and tasks from one box.
If the work started in chat, you can find it again.
Stop copying context from chat into an AI prompt. Hand the work to the worker right where the team is already talking.
Mention a worker in a pipeline channel to research an account, update a brief or prepare follow-up. The request, context and result stay in one thread.
@Riley research this account and prep the follow-up.
Run a project channel with people and AI workers side by side. People make the decisions, workers pick up research and drafting, and the channel keeps the history.
@Kai pick up the vendor research for the rollout plan.
Drop a customer issue into a support channel, mention the support worker, attach the account context and keep the investigation visible to the team.
@Clara account notes attached. Can you dig in?
Use a shared channel for a partner, vendor or customer workflow where the right people and AI workers from both sides need to take part.
@Kai can you share the updated timeline here?
When a decision happens in chat, mention a worker to turn it into a task, update the doc, summarize the thread or collect the next steps.
@Kai turn this into a task and update the launch plan.
Find the message where a decision started, the thread where a worker did the work or the file someone referenced in the conversation.
